1. Advance Payment Requirement
 

  • All export orders require advance payment before processing and dispatch. Payment terms must be agreed upon and fulfilled per the invoice Sankar Gateway Global Logistics issued.

 

2.  Payment Remittance Policy

  • Payment remittance is mandatory and must be completed within the specified time frame to avoid delays in processing your order. Payments should be made via bank transfer or other approved payment methods.

3. Compliance with Indian Law

  • The laws of India will govern all payments, services, and business transactions. By engaging with Sankar Gateway Global Logistics, the customer agrees to abide by the rules and regulations applicable under Indian law.

4. Quotation Policy​​

  • The quote/price provided for the goods is exclusive of any shipping charges. Shipping costs will be quoted separately, and the customer is responsible for covering these costs in addition to the price of the goods.

 

5.  Courier Service Terms

 

  • For courier services, full payment is required in advance to initiate the service. Delivery will be completed within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of dispatch. In case of any unforeseen delays, customers will be notified promptly.

 

6. Liability and Disputes

 

  • Any disputes arising from transactions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The company will not be liable for delays or damages caused by external factors beyond its control, such as customs clearance issues, natural disasters, or political unrest.
